ARCHITECTURAL BLUEPRINTS

Once you’re satisfied with your initial concept plans, we transition to developing comprehensive plans and precise working drawings. These crucial steps not only facilitate accurate pricing for your building contract but also guide us through the building consent process efficiently, ensuring a seamless progression towards your dream home.
INTERIOR
At Gill’s Homes, it’s time to choose the perfect fittings and finishes for your new home from our extensive array of trusted product suppliers. Our showrooms and show homes showcase a diverse range of samples and provide comprehensive information on the various options at your disposal.
Selecting your preferred fittings and finishes not only helps refine the pricing process but also allows us to offer expert guidance on the best choices that align with your budget and preferences. CONTRACT FINALIZATION
After finalizing the design for your new interior and selecting your preferred fixtures and finishes, our trusted suppliers will furnish us with comprehensive quotes tailored to your project. This essential step ensures that we can present you with a precise and customized build contract.
We will meticulously craft a detailed Master Build contract, delineating the total cost of your project and outlining the payment stages during the construction of your new home.
During this phase, you will have the opportunity to review the contract, and we are readily available to assist you in making any necessary adjustments, taking into consideration your specific budget and requirements.
COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION
Once your Gill’s Homes contract is signed and the initial deposit is settled, the construction phase begins, pending the approval of building consent and the issuance of land title (if relevant). Your project will advance through well-defined stages, and our dedicated Gill Homes team will maintain consistent communication with you, ensuring you receive regular updates throughout the process.
COMPLETION AND HANDOVER
At this juncture, your home, meticulously managed through every step of the construction process, stands as a tangible realization of your vision.
Before you make your ultimate payment and the property is officially handed over to you, we will accompany you on a comprehensive walk-through of your new residence to ensure your complete satisfaction with the finished masterpiece.
